I like the hovering posture, together with the curled talons. The light shows up the fanned tail nicely, and I would maybe add a touch of contrast to the overall image.
Giulio I the BG lloks a bit washed out to me. I would reduce the exposure of the BG and the subject to a lesser amount.
Love the backlight and the pose. Did a lot of work on the various tonalities using both Curves and Tim Grey dodge and burn.
