Converted it in to black and white because I thought it looked more dramatic.

Think I could have used more DOF, and not sure about leaving the feather in at the top.

    Hi Jackie,
New here and trying to participate. Great image! Sharpness and detail dead on. Conversion looks good to me.
Love seeing the wrinkles for the webbing. Thanks!:)

Like it a lot Jackie - B&W conversion works well.
    Big congrats.

Love the texture of this one, which goes very well with B&W image. I don't mind about feather at the top, I really link the feather in the background, adds flow to the image. As you mentioned, more DOF would be nice.

Mighty fine Jackie The conversion does work well bringing the texture and gives a fine feel to the image !! Strong composition and like it a lot

... btw yesterday had a person at the Ali Farm shooting in mid day white birds and thought he was out of his mind but keep happily blasting things and looking happy with results, headed over to see what he was up to ... had a D2x converted to B&W infrared rather than just give it away for very little Impressed with the images he was coming up with !!
