    Well exposed, with subtle use of fill flash.
    Pretty good depth of field, probably could have pushed the ISO a smidge to get a bit more.

    Head is probably turned a bit too much towards use for the ideal look back pose.

    Pleasant background. Good job getting perch parallel to sensor plane.

    I would consider removing the flash catchlight. There is enough of a natural catchlight for my tastes.

    I like the soft light, sharpness and BG. The rump is a bit overexposed, it should be easy to fix it and I wish the head were parallel to the sensor. Have you tried a crop with a bit more room at the bottom?
