    Thanks for posting, Jim! I like the habitat this image provides, just wish it didn't intersect with the tail. Love the eye contact and pose. Handsome little guy!

    I like the perch and the BG a lot and, of course, the matching colors of the bird, perch and BG. Composition works very well for me :-)

    I like the simplicity of the limited colour palette and the contrast in textures between the rough twigs and the soft plumage set off against the smooth BG.

    Saw a few of these in AZ , but got nothing even close to this beautiful image. Love the mood the grey BG gives this image.

    Lovely, I like the BW feel here. The perch is as complicated as
    it can get but the pattern is nicely uniform to add to the composition nicely.

    Jim, Beautiful complimentary colors for the BG, bird and perch. It has a monochromatic look which is very appealing. :)
