    This little owl was photographed during a raporshoot. It weas really great to have the oppertunity to photograph it at close range.

    What a catch.....I think the prey is almost as large as the little owl. The detail and BG are wonderful. I think I might like a little off the top. Can I assume that you wanted to limit the amount of perch showing for some reason? Well done with this one.

    WOW!!! This is sweet Hillebrand that background really shows the beautiful details in the Owl I like that the mouse is positioned towards you in the frame. I do agree with Lana about cropping some off the top. Was this taken on a vertical? If not it may also work really well as a horizontal.Awesome Job!!!!

    Gorgeous colors and smooth BG! Some off the top is a good idea. A nice image with a melancholy circle of life theme.

    Everything is so sharp and well saturated Just a gorgeous image I see the point about the top but does look good as presented Such a sweet bg !! Big Congrats !!!

    Nice work! I agree that a little off the top would be a good, but the tone of the background from dark to light leads your eye directly to the owl's eye so your current comp works quite well.
