    just went out today with my friend using my new camera

    Canon EOS 40D
    f/5.6
    1/400
    iso 320
    focal 150mm
    let me know how it came out its a learning period for me

    i like the composition and beautiful feathers, I would brighten the head and desat the blues.

    Matthew:

    Arash hit the high points. I like the back lighting effect through the tail. This might be a situation where just the slightest bit of fill flash, perhaps -3 or so would have helped.

    Hi Matthew - lots to like here - Arash did nail the main points.
    Techs look solid - used a high enough ISO to keep the SS at a good point.
    Keep em coming :)
