    Default Burrowing Owl

A first for me--burrowing owl. I was at a sheepdog trial near Boise, Idaho this past weekend. This owl called the trial field home. I'll bet it was glad to see us go. It had multiple burrows scattered all over the hillside.

Hi Bonnie Fine looking owl, love the setting !! Just the right amount of raised dirt, lost of grass in the bg but clear up front !!! Just wish the light was more from behind you to illuminate the bird evenly. Very easy PS fix lightening the right side !!!

... hope you got some picks of the trials and post !!!!

I like the pose and the composition Bonnie.

I love the little hill, and also the OOF grass in the BG. Good pose, only wish you had a better light angle.

Very nice composition, Bobbie, my only problem in that the face is partly in the shade. Can you bring it up a little bit in p/p?
