    Default Weaving Flight II

Here's another one of the weaver in open wing spread position. What intrigues me is that he is bringing back dried leaves, for cushioning the eggs/chicks perhaps?

Another great shot of this nest, I like the wingspread a lot, eye contact very good to,
excellent for a flight shot. I would only crop out the leaves on the top. They take too much attention.
Only the lower left one can stay.

Hi, Jay. I have been enjoying this series of images. I really like the soft light you're getting, and the composition works for me as well. Though this one is nice, I actually prefer the previous one you posted with the greenish grass. That one had more going on and drew my eye through the frame a bit better than this one.

    Cheers,

BTW this nest seems to have two entrances. Is one of them fake to
distract predators from the real one (some birds do this)?
