Hi JB Like the wing position and overall pose, also very sharp !!!

The sky needs some work, might try going saturation and lower saturation of blue channel, then in color balance add some red. Need to deal with the lighter belly and there is a halo around. Did not see the exp comp but suspect you had to use shadow/highlight? Would probably reload and start with the conversion ... in my images when I try too many things getting astray is easy !!! .. sure wish these guys would set up shop in the same nest again !!!

Hi Rene - might be worth posting the original before any PP - like the wing position and overall pose.
    Could just be the PP.

Hi Rene, I feel the same about the sky and Al gave some good advice.
I was by a lake yesterday having a beer with some friends and a bald eagle flew up and landed on a rail 40 ft from me. Needless to say I was amazed(not a common sight in NJ) and of course...no camera. He flew off and circled twice before disappearing behind a tree. Made my day!!
