    Manual mode, natural light, tripod, wall as bg.

    A loverly color combo. COMP is loverly too, as is the wall :) Did you try different rotations with the flower?

    Fantastic lighting and exposure, Ovidiu! My goodness but the center of the flower almost glows! I might suggest a slight bit of gaussian blur on the BG just to finish smoothing out the wall a bit more. That is one gorgeous iris!

    Yes I did try, but liked the most this one because of the position of the petals on top.

    Beautiful! As one who is trying to perfect the iris and am a long way from that, I am envious. Great shot.
