    Nice composition, Barbara. I really like the sketched look you achieved. I think this might look even better with a totally clean BG behind the flower. Well done.

    Nice image and application, Barbara.

    Agree with Christopher on the BG. I might also add just a tad more contrast.

    But ... your image ... your vision.

    I like the COMP and the sketch look. I feel that either the brown outlined things (???) need to be lightened and softened or the flower needs to be saturated and darkened a bit as the two do not make sense to my brain as presented. Agree with ix-naying the BKGR.

    Thanks for the feedback everyone. This was a pink lilly with very dark stamen and this was a first attempt at a sketch look. The image had some mild texture applied and I should have tried this experiment on the image w/o the texture perhaps. :)

    I like the sketched look but agree that it would work better without the BG texture.
