Here's an image taken in the Smokies. I was hoping to find some moss covered rocks since Roaring Fork was closed. This was early morning and was pretty cold for this Miami boy. =)

Thanks for the comments on the last, always much appreciated.

    Hey Paul,
Great composition starting with the the lower right rocks which help lead the eye up and further into the image...The water is perfect for me and the highlighted rocks are very nice. The back lit tree center back adds some depth, I wonder of you were able to get more of the limbs leading to the tree's entrance into the frame? This does not take away anything for me just thought that It might add some transition. The upper left corner seems to be a bit dark. I would bring a little more out of the shadows on the left bank and see if this adds to the overall nice image...
By the way, you must have been knee deep or more to get this image! great effort!

Hi Paul, I like everything about the image. From the foreground rock placement, even lighting, water flow, low angle, rich color and finally overall comp construction. Well done!!

    Paul,

I agree with the others, well done for the reasons mentioned. When did you create this?

    Hey Paul,
What...it was in the 50's?:D. Very well done composing...love the strong FG rock anchoring this. Debating a little more depth/light play in the trees.....but this was very well done!
