    EOS-1D Mk III, 500mm f/4L + 1.4xII, 1/400, f/5.6, ISO 500

    This guy landed quite close. Managed to fit the whole bird in the frame but was very tight so added canvas to top, left, and bottom.
    Fortunately, high key background made it relatively easy.
    About "120%" of Full Frame.

    Removed a couple small OOF darker spots from water,

    Photographed a couple of weeks ago in overcast light at Little Estero Lagoon.

    I like it very much MIke !!!! Did well in PS can't tell !!! The slight tint in the bg gives it a special feel About the only way to make it better is a bit of separation in the legs !!!

    Seeing that you also added canvas at bottom I assume you reconstructed the leg reflection too. Having said this maybe you could have the leg reflection angled towards the left to match the top (insted of straight down).
