One of my favourate challenges is to capture the perfect reflection. This may not be the one, and some may not like the overall angle, but the water was still enough to get one in the bag. Taken at the sports grounds of the University of Pretoria.

    Stuart:

Very good reflection. I might consider cloning out the feathers sticking up behind his head.
Wish he was in alternate plumage, would really add some pop.
His head angle worked well with the light so far off to your left.

    Cheers

Very clean, simple image. Would like the eye a bit sharper. Reflection is near perfect.

Hi Stuart, agree on the removal of the feathers, plus, being really picky, ensure the bird is centred within the width, just slightly off to the lhs at present:D

Very nice reflection as mentioned. IS this a big crop? The contrast is a bit hight for my taste, maybe light angle, maybe crop.

Stuart, The reflection and head turn are very nice. It is so hard to get such a clean reflection. Good points already mentioned.:)
