    I'm not sure what this is, Thinking a plover, ?? Crop/ and removal of sand debris /cloned.

    It's a Wilson's Plover. Nice up close look. I find they are very entertaining to watch.

    Hi Don Plover it is and would only have gone flat on the ground, gives an even better perspective !!! Good exposure, sharp and well framed !!!

    Hi Don, I feel you handled the image well with good exposure lighting and angle. I like the fact the subject is offset and would only recommend taking a bit off the top...
