These females are hard at work feeding their chicks as they like to load up on bugs and seeds.:)
I really liked the color in the BG as its a distant concrete flood control channel man made objects at times
    do work well in compositions.;)

Superb habitat/perch and BG James, and the food item adds a lot. Nice pose and look back too. I might burn in the OOF flower at the bottom middle, to reduce its effect.

Jim, The BG color is terrific and the flowers are a perfect touch to make this image look special. I like the sharp details and fine image quality as always.:)

James, some good advice on how to improve this further but I think it's just a fantastic portrait. Congrats from me!

Hey James, just love the light and overall colours in this, and what a sweet BG. Her food item a bonus. As you have already cut off a part of the flowers on the right, I would take a little more off the RHS.

Excellent shot, the setting is terrific. Nice smooth bokeh brings out the birds and flowers but there is enough room around the bird for it to stand out also. Great work.
