    This is another in the series taken near La Selva. It was such a wonderful day and such an incredible experience to see so many beautiful species of hummingbirds. One actually landed on my hand. A real thrill for sure.

    Such brilliant colors and beautiful open wing pose of the hummer! Together with great lighting and sharpness really makes it a great image!

    What a jewel. Lovely details in the bird and flowers. Might crop a sliver off the top.

    Judy, interesting pose. Those brilliants often seem to want to perch, which makes it tough to keep the flower props in good shape! I like this one too. Glad you had such a productive session with the hummingbirds.
