    Default Sandy Hook OC

This Oystercatcher was taken at Sandy Hook this morning. I added a Topaz Buzz filter and masked back in some details. I liked the high-key look to the image.

Great high-key look to this, Denise. I like the contrast with the red eye and just the bit of the beak showing. Just enough of the buzz filter, too.

Excellent composition, Denise. Love the hk look. Great pose and love the eye and that small bit of the bill above water.

I like it too, but then again I'm partial to high-key graphic type images. The only thing I would do is define the border with a 1 pixel wide black line; light colors tend to merge with the web page background color. Great composition and subject position. Excellent. regards~Bill

Denise, love the high-key and the intense color of the beak and eye really add to the look.

I really like this, Denise. Love the pose and high-key look. As the others have said, the bit of bright color in the eye and beak is a nice touch.

Love the reds and the wonderful contrast while maintaining detail in your whites. Lovely!

Denise, this is a striking image with the HK and Simplify all working together. Just love the splash of color in the eye and bill. Very nice!
