I like the fact that it is on the edge of obscure. First thought was for more blur, but I think you got it.
If I were to change anything, I might crop some off the bottom to bring the horizon line below the centerline. But like it as is and after all, your image ... your vision! ;)
Ed, The colors and the amount of blur are fantastic. I really like the composition here. I might dodge the URC area that has the dark line-or burn the opposite side to match the tone. Very nicely done and thank you for providing your exif.
Ed, when I first saw this I thought it looked like an encaustic wax painting (which I love) and I certainly love this.:)

Ed, a lot of things come together to make this one really nice. I especially like the contrast of the blurred and static elements. Colors are very nice also!
