    Default D300 Question

    This week I have been doing some macro work with my D300. When I go to use live view I can't get depth of field preview to function. Is there custom function I am missing?
    Also on the D300 to use auto focus the lens must be F 5.6 or faster, thats normal for mid priced camera bodies. What aperture is needed with the D3?

    Walt....

    That 5.6 is a guideline.

    I shoot my 500 with a 1.7 TC a fair bit of the time and that's 6.3...and AF still works just fine.
