SP:

Nice shooting angle, well exposed, good angle in frame.

Eye could be a bit sharper on my monitor.

The DOF is interesting, as I would expect to see at least a thin slice of the ground in plane with the bird to be in focus.

Be sure to give your technical details with the image. Helps a lot with the critique.

Good advice already given, I agree w/ some more sharpening to the eye and would run some NR in BG. nice low angle and the details look good.
