Wow -- look at all the colors -- gorgeous. A larger aperure would have helped carry the focus with a deeper DOF -- the open mouth is a bonus

I might tone down a few areas like the breast, perch, tail - but it doesn't look hot to me. Beautiful pose w/ open mouth and excellent details. I do see some spots in BG that could be smoothed. Did you do any cloning?

I retouch the BG a bit, in the original there where some dark green areas in the right bottom and litle blue up the head, ill try to correct it a bit more...
Normally I don't touch the BG, because I try to choose areas here the BG is ideal, but in this case i could´t choose, the alternative was blue sky...

Very nice, Humberto, I also see the cloning, especially on top of the head. Very tricky to do cloning around hair or raised feathers.
    Is this taken in Spain?

So now you are hooked on the bee-eater forever and will always want to photograph them!

Stunning colours and nice action with the open beak. Despite the details, it is still a stunning image - one to be much repeated...
