Nice interaction and timing. The darker parts of the birds look a bit noisy. You might try another round of sharpening as well.

    Looking forward tom more!

The interaction is great, looks like a popular perch. :) Sharpening brought out some noise, especially in the parts that are not sunlit. BTW, you forgot to convert to sRGB.

Great action shot. The lighting seems harsh but you did well with that.

At this ISO the noise is negligible, would rather this sharp action shot with a little noise than a clean blurred image! To me it's just awesome. One of the best shots I've seen here.:D

    Wow Malcolm--

I have to echo the previous comments about wonderful interaction and timing.

You also nailed the depth of field and the exposure!

What I really like about this shot as well is the background--the brush line is placed perfectly to frame the bottom of the shot.

    Very very nice!

Thanks to everyone for all the kind comments and observations .. this was my first use of CS5 so there are many things yet to learn.

Great action shot. Considering the ISO, noise is very little. I have a very similar picture of Wiretailed Swallows. Shall post it.
