    Airborne spoon at Ding Darling, taken last Saturday around 7:00pm
    EOS 1d Mark II
    Canon 400 5.6L
    1/1600
    ƒ/5.6
    ISO 400
    Manual Metering + 1 off blue sky
    minor crop to 8x10 dimension
    one pass of noiseware on it.

    Michael the spoonie really pops from that dark BG. The sharpness and exposure look right on. Congrats!

    Very appealing image Michael. Good BG, and the shadow on the far wing gives it a 3D feel. I do wish the feet would have peeked at least a little bit at back, but I'd take this happily any day! I'm with Stuart in wantig a bit more cropped off the top.

    this really pops against the dark BG Michael! lovely exposure and pose on the spoonie...maybe another round of NR on the BG?
