This one is from Palm Springs, CA... I found these mute swans at a resort there. Applied DAP followed by Topaz simplify. Hope you like it...

Indranil, I like the impressionist colors and the Swans are beautiful. I think because they are both facing the opposite way I may have chosen a more centered comp. Lets see what others say. You could probably darken the bill and face of the FG Swan.

    Nice image and application, Indranil.

Nice aged effect of the soft effect.

Lovely painting and I like the gentle use of the 'paint brush' here. The colors are beautiful. I'm not a 'bird person' (although some might say a little flighty at times!:D) but should the foreground swan be merged with the other's reflection?

Hi Barbara, you are correct. I debated on this; I wish I had the separation on the shadow and fg swan. Well, next time!:)

Here is a repost with more centered composition and darkened face/bill of fg swan.

Indranil, the repost is perfect. I like the front swan's face better now. It reminds me of a Monet.:)

Indranil, Very beautiful! I love all of the wonderful colors in the water and the colorful leaves floating. The repost is perfectly balanced.
