    Shot this some time ago with a POINT AND SHOOT. Like the way his tail took over most of the picture in a different way.

    Vince, pretty good quality for a P&S! Do like the colors and the diagonal composition plus the different view of the "train". Did you know that these feathers are not actually the tail, but are upper tail coverts? You can see the actual tail from the rear. Love these birds! Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Vince - 6.1mp Kodak - doesnt look too bad.
    Like the composition - would have liked to include all the feathers at the bottom.

    Hi Vince, Basically a good eye on this. I like your compositional idea. I too would have liked to have seen the whole tail but also like the diagonal. A bit more room on the left and removal(if your so inclined) of the leaves over the birds head. Alot of sharpness for F2.8...
