Is this cropped a lot? Expecting to see much more feather detail

Hi Bob - something funky going on with the PP - blue outline around the bird and a overall general lack of fine detail.
Is it a very large crop as Tom mentioned???
Not much of a crop at all. I wasn't happy with the results I was getting... sky went a funky color, etc... messed with that and experimented with some other adjustments as well. Probably killed it in post.
I went back and started from the RAW file. On the first attempt the sky color went a bit funky when I applied a curves adjustment... or maybe it was a brightness/highlights adjustement... Anyway, instead of abandoning it I just kept messing more. This version is sharpen, noise removeal and a slight shadow/highligt adjustment only. Better?
FWIW, this image was in my toss away pile. I opened the Bulletin from Artie last night and saw the eagle with the wing tips cropped off and remembered this image... missed the top wing tip in camera. Thought there might be some potential and decided to play with it.

Your second post is definitely better than the first.. It is a shame about the wingtips. Like the HA, wish it was looking just a little more toward you, but what the heck, they don't always do everything you want.

Repost much better Bob !!! For these is fine to cut but not clip If you just clip a part of the wing go ahead and crop a bit more so it would look deliberate !!
... btw be careful from the boat when your pointing up and turning :)
Hi Bob, Agree with Dave regarding your first post. I would have opted to select the sky and alter the color that way.
