    Hi Bob - bit of noise present in the blacks - was the original under exposed??

    Agree with Lance, it also doesnt help and i know from bitter experience the d100 doesnt cope with anything over ISO200 that well, doesnt leave alot of room for error esp if under exposed

    I suspect you had the camera on matrix metering at ev 0, on that camera i found i had more luck with center weighted and +1 ev :)

    Love the composition and the general feel of the shot

    Agree with above comments. Excessive noise seems to be the biggest issue...

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Yes, i know the noise is pretty bad even after NR ....but I liked the interaction so much!
