The old name for these guys was Knobbilled Ducks. For those who saw my last post of my stretching stilt from the sewerage works, these guys flew overhead. I liked the opposite wing positions captured.

I like the eye contact(s), opposite wing position and sharpness. The light looks a bit harsh and I would tone down the whites. Maybe a slightly tighter crop?

    Hi Stuart,

Axels feedback is 100% aligned with my own. Opposite wing position being the biggest plus for this image.

Axel, Austin, thanks a stack for your feedback guys. Here is my repost with your suggestions. Toned down the whites, and a tighter crop.

Very lovely capture with excellent timing Stuart. The tighter crop looks good and I love the two distinct wing positions. Great eye contact as well. Many thanks for sharing. !!

I like the comp of the repost. Wing positions and placement of the two ducks makes it nice for me. Also like the sheen on the feathers.

I agree with all comments Alex made. The repost is even better. The opposite wing pose is great!
