Hi Stuart, I wish I had that shot...detail in the hair and the eyes, and the perfect background. A winner, and they can be harder to photograph than one would think.
    Well done

Stuart, now this is a really, really good portrait. Fantastic detail, especially in the eye colour is spot on. Wonder if you used Highlight/Shadow you can bring anymore detail out in the left eye? The only area I am not sure about, (and this is me) is the crop. it's OK, but wonder if there is a better one? Is this FF? Perhaps portrait might have been better, with hindsight?

    Still a fine 'portrait' image.

Lovely detail in this portrait, and yes impala are tricky to get such beautiful photos. The background is great and you can almost see the reflection of your car in the eye (my imagination perhaps, but pretty clear! ). My first thoughts on the presentation would echo Steve's regarding cropping. It would lend itself to a vertical crop if you had room in the frame.

All around outstanding Stuart. Exposure, detail and bg all top notch. Only change I would make is whose HD this file resides in :D. Well done. TFS
