Calibration problem with Spyder3 Express on Dell U2410

Hi,
After setting my monitors settings to factory default and calibrating it with Spyder3 Express, I get a distinctively pink cast to the neutral grays on this web site and the Fred Miranda web site. I've tried it twice. The best results I get with this Dell U2410 is if I use one of the factory presets of either "standard" or "custom", but then I'm just going by eye. Any ideas on what's going on with the Data Color Spyder3? Thanks

Hi,
Are you getting this pink cast when opening websites in INternet Explorer ? If so it is not a calibration issue, IE do not have colour managment. You can install Firefox along with its colourmanagement addon.

At times Spyder3 gives you pinkcast even with colur managed softwares like PS, you can recalibrate turing Grey balance OFF in calibration software.

I am using Spyder3 pro, if it is similar to Spyder Express I can help you if you send me more details of your set up.
