Maybe a bad day for the scallops, but a good day for me. This image was taken in the early morning on Sanibel Island - before the shell collectors arrived. 20D, 90mm tilt/shift lens - tilted to maximize DOF, 1/90, f/16, ISO 200. Cropped slightly off the bottom. Comments welcome.

I like it a lot Steve Particularly seeing that lens put to good use !!!!

Good arrangement for the shells Particularly like the clean edges and light angle My kind of image !!!

Very cool Steve and I like the title.

Alfred caught the fact you used the tilt-shift lens for this.

A very unusual and interesting image, Steve! Seems like it is hard to beat the shell collectors, so well done! It looks like a perfect situation to also focus in on an individual opened shell, so I hope maybe you experimented with other focal lengths as well.
