    From Anhinga Trail and Egret early morning in breeding plumage So far this year have not seen one !!!!

    beautiful soft light Alfred....I am starting to see a few in breeding plumage here in NW La, just a few and they're getting very feisty with each other

    This is very nice. That's one heck of a bg for f/11. Very nice light, too.

    Paul that is my favorite area for early morning images The bg is far enough away you can stop down All short grass At times we get them on clean branches Does make for spectacular images ....they just don't cooperate often!!!!

    I have yet to get an egret in full breeding plumage in front of my lens. This just makes me jealous :D
