I have always enjoyed creating water drop images. I have had some fun this year photographing water drops with some very creative friends, Roman Kurywczak and Denise Ippolito. For this one I used milk, food coloring, blue card stock in the background and white foam core on the sides. The drop on top of the collision was an accident when my trigger happy fingers released an additional drop.

You do like that trigger;):p. Fantastic look with the additional drop on top. You are so very creative and this is just another example. I really like the look that the milk and the food coloring gives to the water. The deep blue BG makes this special.

Very nice Susan. I love the colors and I love the reflection in the splash. I just wish I was with you guys for this one. Just spent a few hours with Roman trying do do some reflections in a drop, may need your input on these...

Excellent work, Susan! I love the reflection in the red ring area but wish the front droplets hanging off the edge were as crisp as the ones towards the sides. Such a cool macro, though!

Thought I would say hi the best drop capturer I know. Very well done with the small droplet in the center adding alot to the image. Offset comp with beautiful lighting and color. Wonderfully handled!!!

Stunning! HH is amazing. I really like the colors and the "mistake/escape" drop makes the image extra special.

    Susan, very nice.
I use milk but sometimes it creates bubbles that drives me crazy. How did you avoid that?

    Hi Troy,
Thanks for your comment. I have never had a problem with bubbles while using milk.
