Hi Vilma, Good exposure along with nice even lighting. The head is sharp along with a muted backround. In this case the blurred flower in the backround doesn't bother me probably due to its positioning.

Lovely portrait picture, like the look back pose with nice details and sharpness. I actually like the OOF flower in the lower left, for me I think it adds to the image.
