I'm not Alfred or Fabs but, for the right price, I can be whomever you wish...:D

The composition and subject are great. Some won't like the sprig of grass in front but I like it and I like that you cropped the frame to include the all the blades on the left. The BG bokeh is smooth and quite nice. I wish there were a bit more room on the right but that's not a biggie.

For me, the biggest issue is that it appears oversaturated. The grass looks like AstroTurf and the duck looks like a decoy. It's hard to tell on an image this size but it may also have been oversharpened and run through a denoiser. I see what looks like jpeg artifacts along the head and chest and the wing feathers are lacking detail. Of course, not being an experienced birder, this may be the duck's natural appearance. :) Just my US$0.02 worth.

    Hey Gus!

You did very well herein m opinion. I love this duckie (Egyptian Goose?), really nice mood and background. May be a little dark or oversaturated but I still like the mood. You are coming along well!

Hey George, How are you my friend? I hope its not too cold in N.Y. I'm glad you like my Egyptian Goose. I croped to the left and croped to the right just enough to bring him in closer on the frame. Do you think the grass is a tad too rich in hue? Please advise.

Hi Gus I like this one a lot !!! Lee hit the critique on the nose Agree with all of it

The main issue is saturation The colors are on steroids !!!! After backing down a bit would select the bg and blur just a tad Proud of you on this one !!!!
