I saw Denise teaching blurs at our Longwood Gardens macro workshop.......I had to try one myself. I was a big Van Gogh fan when I was in art school and I actually got to visit his meuseum when I was in Amsterdam in Feb.......this is my tribute to him .....and Denise for pushing me! At least I got to stay at my beloved f32!
Canon 1D Mark 3 at f32 for 1/4 sec and ISO 100 hand held. Very little post....just a boost to the whites a touch and a LCE.

Fantastic! I love the vertical squiggle. The layers of colors and the careful framing.:)

Roman, this is a beautiful tribute to Van Gogh. I love his work also.:) I really love the layers of color with the
most vivid colors on top. Beautifully done.

Very nice camera painting! You selected a good shutter speed to render your landscape/flowerscape and love the colors - the top looks like fire!

    Roman,

I love the colors in this! The flowers appear to be twisting together like strands of rope imparting a sense of motion. Very cool blur!

Beautiful image, Roman! The colors are fantastic. You and Denise are making me want to run out and do a few blurs. Hopefully the rain will stop soon. :)
