    Default Dueling Egrets

One from the Sanibel fishing pier last winter. Trick was to just wait! When fishermen got sloppy, the territoriality started right up.

    Hey Chris!

    Nice to see you here!

You really did well with this image for composition and action. I like it and i reminds me of an image Fabs took. The one nit really is the overlap of the 2 birds.

I think it needs a touch of USM since it looks a little soft at this size in the head area of the top bird. Maybe its me though, been working on the computer all day.

See you around he neighborhood! ;)

Wow, very angelic look to this one. Just wish the upper bird's feet were clear of the lower. Still I'd be tickled three shades of pink to have this.

Howdy George! Gearing up for another FL weekend, expanding my Internet horizons!

Thanks for the kind words, and food for thought for round two! Will look at file re USM, too.

Gonna bring a bait bucket this time, too...

really nice Chris....the main snowy is almost too perfect. angelic looking.
The subtleness of tone is sweet in this shot

The light clouds make a really nice bg for the action. The framing seems a bit tight, but that's a minor nit on a fantastic image.
