    Default Wood Duck

One of my favorite shots from High Park Pond Toronto.
    Taken on Tuesday.
Low angle shot is impossible at that place, but I got the nice water pattern and color and reflection for exchange.

Beautiful shot Karl! A lower angle could have been nice but this is still lovely.

Well, if you wanted a reflection, a lower angle wouldn't have worked. It depends on your vision of what you were after and the possibilities of the location. Great that you were able to get the iridescence in the face to show and lovely golden water.

Although a lower angle is many times very desirable, it would have changed the feel of this image and the reflection would not have been as well depicted. For that reason I find this very acceptable as is. Great texture and colour to the water. Tough not to blow out the bill, eh!

Water, Comp and eye contact are lovely.
On my monitor the image is a little bit soft
