This image was taken as the sun was rising in the Rietvlei Nature Reserve near Pretoria South Africa. I love the colours the sun created in this scene. MRAW and CS4

I love it. Great profile, sharp, clean, perfect frame crop. Great sun angle that sculptures the face. Nice highlight in clear eye. Beautiful, gorgeous BG. Good as it gets for zebra portrait I think.

Sweet, sweet light Dumay, and overall, nice and sharp. Well captured

Nice portrait. Really like that warm light and the different tones in the background.

Outstanding light and detail. The crop is also excellent. I wish the OOF BG grass were toned down; especially the part under the chin

Beautiful portrait, and the black and white contrast of the well-lit zebra is offset so well by the nice colours of the background. If anything, I agree with Ed re toning down the OOF grass under the zebras chin. Excellent shot Dumay

A beautiful portrait for all the reasons mentioned Dumay... I think your repost works well. Great image.

A very nice portrait. Repost improves it. I like how you can see the different colors of the pupil and iris in the eye.
