    Default Lesser Yellowlegs

This is one from a while back photographed in the Meadowlands near New York City. It was in first light and there was colorful foliage on the other side of the pond. The pollution in New York added to the intense colors. :)

Awesome shot in every way. Light, color, pose, head angle, everything is great in this shot.

    Hi Axel
This is lovely! I love the golden colors of the background and water. The bird slightly leaning forward combine with the intense stare adds a sense of tension which holds my attention. The exposure and sharpness look good to me. A pleasing image. Thanks for sharing.

The little guy is nice and sharp, good low perspective, and that BG just puts this over the top. I may be tempted to take a tad off the top.
