Unable to access PayPal to renew BPN membership

I have been trying to renew my BPN membership for the last couple of weeks. When I click the "Renew Using PayPal" button, I get an “Internal Server Error” message. I also get the same error message when I attempt to log onto PayPal.com directly. Any ideas? I'd really like to renew asap! By Googling PayPal, I found "https:\\personal.paypal.com". Does BPN have an account for that address so that I can pay there?
