actually I want to crop the image for the bird only, but I see the compo and reflection is good.

what do you think, do I have to crop to take the bird only or leave the composition as above pic ?

any comment and critique are welcome..

I like the pose and reflection of the bird but find the overlapping OOF bird in the BG a distraction, Edy. The floating vegetation being large and sharp also pulls the eye away from what should be the main player. Not sure if it can stand more cropping but removing a chunk form the right may be worth trying.

It is nice to see the reflection of the bird in the water. I agree with Tony about the OOF bird in the background being a distratction from the main subject. I believe cropping some of plant out would be a good idea to help make the bird the main focus. The plant stands out as the main subject with the current crop.

In addition to the to the problems mentioned above, it seems that the light is from the rear.... I do not think that cropping will help.
