I like the pose and the perch adds some interest. I do wish the bird were facing into the frame instead of out. Exposure looks good. Can you supply your exif. so everyone can see your shooting info.:)
A new species of starling to me, and what amazing colours he has. Comp wise, if you have space, I would change this to a horizontal comp. If not, it would be easy to add canvas to the right, if its in your ethics.
With the leaves behind the bird I like the balanced image design as well as the feather detail.
