Hi Gus - lots to like here - like the position and the eye contact - the flower is positioned nicely.
Might tone down the highlights on the beak and run some NR on the background.
Wondering about cropping a little from the RHS??

Hi Gus, good points by Lance. For my taste I would like a little toning down of the flower. Seems a bit hot to me. A bit more room on the top would help also....
