    Geff:

    Good looking bird, good shooting angle for a perched eagle.

    I would suggest bringing the shadow slider in a bit in curves to get a bit more bite in the dark areas.
    There does seem to be noise in the dark plumage. Did you underexpose the image originally? (easy to do against the sky)

    Head is turned a bit away from us.

    I like the basic comp, but might consider cropping about 25% of the free space above the head away.

    Thanks for sharing. Be sure to include your camera settings, such as ISO and f/stop to give us more info to help with image critiques!

    Agree with Randy's critique and I think the image looks a bit underexposed to me, just by observation, I didn't check the histogram. Impressive talons!
