    From the Alligator Farm this past weekend, cool weather and had a couple of overcast days, great conditions.

    Fill flash worked very well. Did you use better beamer?

    Best light for white birds. Just stunning and the nesting material is a great plus.

    Love the slightly underexposed sky, the flash work, and the great sharpness at 1/400 sec. What AF Area were you using?

    Excellent exposure and use of flash to bring out the subtle white tones, lovely. might consider reducing the sharpening radius and increasing amount to enhance the details.

    Beautiful. I love the translucent quality and the different shades of white on the bird.

    Thanks Alfred. That's the MIV. I figure that you were using Manual Selection (center point); AF point expansion. That one would activate one sensor above and below and also the ones left and right.

    Please confirm that :)

    Yes Arite I'm am using the expansion Seems to have done the best so far. ... don't use the Q button !!

    I love the perspective, well captured. That's a lame stick for great egret, but great shot. I got to get up there one of these days, you and Fabs have been posting some awesome shots lately.
