Hi Peter - like the pose and the eye contact -does look a tad oversharpend and a little noise present im some areas.

Hi Peter Agree on the over sharpening Most of the time I only sharpen the part of the bird needed Easiest is making a layer sharpening then make layer mask and erase the part you don't want !!

.. for posting is always tough to have the exact amount, have found going over just slightly helps .. but not much. btw when downsizing to save do use bicubic sharper !!!
