As I said I would post some more of the interaction between the Male and female. No Eye contact but I think the interaction is pretty strong. Tight crop as I was trying to keep out intruding body part of other Lions. RAW processed in CS4

really like the light, interaction and colours here Dumay...well done on going tight to eliminate distractions - the lions are the sole focus here.

I ask again - where did you spot them? :)

Nice moment captured. As Tom has mentioned visible eyes would be a plus. Don't know if it was possible or you may have some from a view slightly moving to your left (I want to keep looking around lionesses r paw to see males nose). Exposure and detail look good. TFS

    Hi Dumay

If you have it, I might be tempted to pull out slightly. The image is running a tad too red, but again easily corrected and a bit more in curves wouldn't hurt either. Not sure why your ISO was at 500 as the SS was very high and you could really have dropped to 400 or even 200 aiding your image.

I love the colors here - the golden on the fur and the painting-like BG. The fur's texture is beautifully captured too, you can almost touch it. I don't mind about the eyes, sort of gives it a more intimate feeling between the two lions. The tight crop works for me.

    Thanks All

Thanks Steve I am working on tying to get the posting for BPN right. I was told to save in "Save for web" in CS4. I save at between 75 and 90 quality and have the change to sRGB ticked. I find once I have posted the saturation is decreased in the image, I dont know how or why! I have had to go back and over saturate so my post has a bit more colour, but I find that its obviously not accurate as its kind of a quess-timate. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Dumay see my reply on your last post that should cover it.

Will try to think on how to post something, however if you drop me your email will send it that way, but am keen to share this across the board, but can only upload one image at a time, I need four?
