I xan't say this 100%, but it sure looks like a Mallard/American Black Duck hybrid to me.

I would agree with Daniel on that one. It's a very common hybrid as Mallards "march" from west to east in North America. People who know a lot more about ducks than me are fearful of the American Black Duck's future.
